The online booking system is hosted on Eventbrite and managed by our Event Managers, SE2 Ltd. If you have any problems with the online booking system, please call SE2 on 020 8469 1333.

Eventbrite collects all your payment infomation.  Confirm your order on Eventbrite and then either click to pay online, or request an invoice by clicking ‘Show other payment options’ at the bottom of the booking page.  Invoices will then be raised by the CHPA and sent to you in the post.

Please note, all prices shown on Eventbrite are inclusive of VAT.
Your personal information will be held and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  SE2 Ltd, the Event Managers, are a data controller under the Data Protection Register.  Your information will be stored securely on the registrations database (hosted by Eventbrite) and will be used only by the Event Managers for the purposes of the CHPA Conference and Awards Dinner 2011.  When you book, you will be able to opt in to receiving further information from the CHPA.
